To register and maintain an Account with pahingtoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Service:
21+ Strictly Enforced: pahingtoto applies automated and manual checks to verify the age of all registered players. Accounts where age cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, mobile phone number, chosen username, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pahingtoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Before processing any withdrawal, pahingtoto requires the successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted identity documents include: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Malaysian Passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Supporting address verification may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 09:00–23:00 MYT). Complex or escalated verifications may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.
You must notify pahingtoto support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. pahingtoto will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
pahingtoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat methods and 20 USDT equivalent for cryptocurrency.
Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your gaming balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are credited within 5 to 10 minutes following successful bank authorisation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of one (1) network confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
All payment methods used to deposit funds into your pahingtoto Account must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your Account and KYC documentation. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
The primary operating currency of the pahingtoto platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing live exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. pahingtoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of a cryptocurrency transfer and its confirmation.
pahingtoto does not charge platform-side deposit fees for any supported payment method. Standard network fees for USDT TRC20 transactions are borne by the player and are not reimbursed by pahingtoto. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of pahingtoto.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification has been completed on your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
pahingtoto targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and within 30 minutes for bank transfers during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional account review is required. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
Where a player has received a bonus, the Real Money Balance deposited and the Bonus Funds must be treated separately. Real Money Balance that has not been subject to any bonus activation may be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC). Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before withdrawal is permitted.
pahingtoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before processing withdrawals above RM10,000 in any rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.
All promotions offered by pahingtoto — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, the birthday bonus programme, the Refer A Friend scheme, and any other time-limited campaign — are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the point of opt-in. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the Wagering Requirement. Live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
The birthday bonus is available to players whose accounts are in good standing and whose date of birth has been verified through KYC. The bonus amount is determined by the player's VIP tier at the time of the birthday month: Bronze Tier (MYR 188), Silver Tier (MYR 388), Gold Tier (MYR 888), VIP Tier (MYR 2,688). The birthday bonus must be claimed within the calendar month of the player's registered birthday date. Unclaimed birthday bonuses expire at midnight on the last day of the relevant month.
The Refer A Friend reward of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited to both the referring player and the referred friend upon the referred friend completing KYC verification and making a qualifying first deposit. A "successful referral" requires use of the referring player's unique code, completion of KYC by the referred player, and a qualifying deposit as specified in the programme terms. pahingtoto reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where evidence of collusion, self-referral, or systematic abuse is identified.
pahingtoto employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, matched betting strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, use of software or tools to automate play, collusion between players, and exploitation of technical errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, pahingtoto reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend or terminate the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation.
Bonus terms are always displayed at the point of opt-in. pahingtoto does not apply retroactive changes to bonus terms for promotions already accepted by a player.
All bets placed through pahingtoto — whether on sports markets (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), live casino tables, slot machines, lottery-style games, or arcade titles — are subject to the game-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform, in addition to the general rules below.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform (evidenced by deduction from your Account Balance and appearance in your Bet History), it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended unless a technical error has occurred as described in Clause 8.3. Confirmation of bet placement rests solely with the platform system record, not with the player's local device display.
A bet may be declared void — and the staked amount returned to your Account Balance — in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable timeframe; incorrect odds or market information due to a data feed error; and any other circumstances specified in the relevant market rules. Void bet credits are applied within 24 hours of the voiding decision.
In the event of a technical failure, server interruption, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pahingtoto will conduct a technical review. Where it is determined that a round or bet outcome was materially affected by a platform-side technical error, the bet will be voided and the staked amount refunded. pahingtoto is not liable for any losses arising from player-side connectivity issues, device failures, or internet service interruptions.
pahingtoto reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits and aggregate weekly win limits across product categories. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated limit may be adjusted to the maximum permitted amount at pahingtoto's sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pahingtoto platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pahingtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
pahingtoto's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pahingtoto does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside our direct control. pahingtoto will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pahingtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for any reason, pahingtoto will settle any outstanding bets and process a withdrawal of any remaining verified Real Money Balance to the Account holder's registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance and any ongoing investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited where the closure arises from a breach of these Terms.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. You may request to re-open a voluntarily closed account after a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed.
pahingtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — one that materially affects your rights or obligations — pahingtoto will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pahingtoto holds its operating licence, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and pahingtoto, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved following contact with the support team, the matter may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described on our FAQ page.
Both parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of the governing jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you rights before the courts of your country of residence.
